The Steiff Dolly bear was first produced in 1913. He was originally created in the US colors of red, white and blue for the American elections. He is 12” tall and made from fine shiny dusky pink mohair and his head is pure white. He is wearing a generous ruff made of high quality satin. He is also fully jointed and his nose is horizontally stitched by hand with fine yarn.
