White polka dotted blue dress with white lace trim at the cuffs and hem, large white embroidered collar matching blue and white polka dotted hair bow.  She is carrying her own brown suede teddy bear. Costume designed from a sketch by Anna Wong a DCAD collector. Fully jointed.
