Return Policy

Returns must be Pre-Approved.

Returns are never accepted on any sale merchandise, layaways or special orders.

If you are not happy with your selection, you must call or email us within 3 days of the receipt of the item to request a return authorization.  You will be responsible to ship and insure the item to be returned.  Items returned without return authorization will not be accepted.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags and original packaging.  Upon inspection of the returned merchandise a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item purchased. We will assess a standard restocking fee of 15% for items returned at our discretion.

 Original shipping charges will not be credited.

If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of recieving the item. We will replace the item, if in stock, or you may chose another item of  equal value. If not in stock Village Bears will refund your full purchase price. We will issue a call tag for the return of the damaged merchandise. You will need to retain the packing materials for return to Village Bears so a claim may be filed with the shipper.
