HERMANN Teddy Original is one of the oldest plush animal manufacturers in the world. It all started in 1907 in a small town called Sonneberg. Today the factory is in Hirschaid by Bamberg in the state of Bavaria/Germany. Hermann teddy bears and animals first became available for children at the beginning of this century, and today these toys are rare collector's items.
