7", 1990, Third Valentine Muffy. Factory dressed Muffy wearing  heart strewn white cotton rompers trimmed in pink rick rack, pink satin hair bow, pink Mary Janes and her very own Valentine card. The romper came in two versions one with a white background and one with a cream background.
