1997, Fourth Boxed Club Member only edition, Seafoam green velvet mermaid suit, embossed scallop pattern, pink shell-shaped bodice trimmed in pearls, her shapely tailfin is embroidered in pearls forming a scrolling "M", cast coral and pearl crown with a miniature Oatsie seahorse as the centerpiece, pearlized shell-shaped compact. Miniature Purrlie catfish swims by her side.

Muffy MerBear's Certificate of Authenticity is hand embossed with NABCO's designed seal which includes the intintals of the Muffy design team.  Barbara Isenberg,Odl Bauer, and Katya Bauer.
