4", 1924, The spirited Fox terrier Spotty brought huge joy to the Steiff range in 1928 strengthening the towering popularity of dogs for the company. We are thrilled Spotty has joined this endearing series of little dogs. What makes this little terrier, Spotty, really special, is his “Button” in his curly tail. It is stamped “Muster”, just like the original housed in the Steiff archives.  Spotty is made from RMS certified white mohair, glass pupil eyes, brown floss hand stitched nose and mouth with orange air brushing over the threads that form the mouth,  black and yellow air brushed spot around his right eye and his tail, wood shavings stuffing like the original, pale pink neck ribbon with a bell attached. His chest tag is not the usual Steiff chest tag, it is like  key tag,  white with the name Spotty in bold black letters and underneather that it has Steiff original.  His Steiff tag is sew into his left front leg seam.  Non jointed, made in Germany with certificate.
