Steiff World Wide Limited Edition,  Teddies of Tomorrow Collection

11½"/29cm, 2020, Earlier this year Steiff introduced a new series "Teddies of Tomorrow" made from natural and sustainavle materials.  First came "Hansel" made from hemp fabric and pads of pineapple fabric.  Now Steiff introduces"Basko"  a golden brown teddy made from bamboo cellulose (viscose) and renewable cotton, stuffed with excelsior, wooden eyes, paw pads of pineapple fibers like Hansel's, and a special brass trademark chest tag.  Fully jointed, elephant ear tag, certificate and made in Germany.
