TEDDY BEAR CLIP BOARD

13"L X 5½"W, Wooden clip board with cross stitched insert with the sentiment "Teddy bears are the nicest heart warmers." Large metal clip for holding bills, notes or anything else.  I am not sure what type of wood it is made from but it is quite heavy and has a golden oak finish. Nail slot on back for hanging.
